I feel so much more healthy, alive and vibrant since I have been taking Yoga Classes with Terri!
Typically, our class begins with a calming, breathing technique, which allows my mind and body to slow down and I begin to center within, putting my busy, stressful day behind me. When my mind and breathing slow down, I find that my body reacts accordingly and starts to relax, soften and release. As we continue with each Yoga pose, I begin to enjoy each moment as it unfolds.
Not to say we don’t get a workout, as some of the poses can be rather challenging at times! So Terri encourages us to improvise the pose a bit to fit our level of flexibility. I have found that my strength, balance, flexibility and endurance improving with every Yoga class.
Terri encourages us to tap into and pay attention to the energy within our body as well. Pretty soon we begin to hear what our body is telling us, rather than listening to the thoughts in our heads that tends to chatter. Suddenly, we realize the mind chatter is gone… and that is the very moment when true healing of mind, body and soul begins!
I encourage you to take a bit of time away from your hectic, chaotic life! Yoga sessions with Terri are a perfect way to help you achieve relaxation, renewal and strength of your mind, body and soul!

Terri’s Yoga Classes are simply unique. You don’t have to be perfect or above standard in this class as Terri understands you are there to practice and learn. No pressure! I have completed at least 4 years of these classes and cannot wait for them to start once again.
