The Creative Chateau is a working art studio, gallery and gift store offering many one of a kind items from paintings, decorative art, prints, nostalgia postcard clocks, jewelry, note cards, natural soaps, custom framing, bust sculptures and artistic inspiration in the form of classes and workshops. All items sold at the Creative Chateau are made by local Ohio artistians. Local Ohio talent is our specialty!
In addition, Artist Terri Meyer, continues to evolve her art into healing avenues to assist those looking for alternative methods of improving their health and life situations and offers services in emotional therapy.

Silver Pendant Making
Thursday, September 16th, 2010 from 6-8pm (this class is full)
Friday, September 17th, 2010 from 6-8pm (spaces available)
Instructed by Jewelry artist Terri Huntley.
Create your own heirloom quality silver jewelry. This class will allow you to make your own pendant and earrings using PMC clay with moulds provided by the instructor. This is a beginner class, so no experience necessary, just bring your creativity and enthusiam. Class is $35 per person to cover cost of materials. Registration is required by September 14th. Class space is limited to 12.
Jewelry Making Basics

Terri Meyer, instructor, will lead you thorugh the process of making a single stand bracelet, necklace and earrings. You will learn about types of wire, tools, findings, beads, how to use a bead design board, and tricks of the trade to create fabulous jewelry for yourself and others. After finishing the class, you will be able to repair and rework old jewelry that is broken or out of style and have the confidence to make your own unique designs with new or recycled materials. Class includes supplies to make one necklace, bracelet, and earring set. $35 per person. Call to register. All you need to bring is your CREATIVITY!
Bust Scuplture Class
Wednesday 1pm to 4pm
Starting September 1st - September 29th
Learn to create a life like bust sculpture using clay, an armature, and a few sculpting tools. Instructor Terri Meyer will take you through the sculpting process one step at a time. You'll be amazed at the results you achieve! Cost $150 for five sessions. Register prior to class start date.
