In January 2019, a community art program was initiated to bring art into a assisted living facility. It was a win-win for both the artist and the residents of the facility. As it allowed the artist an opportunity to draw/paint live models in order the improve their technical skills, the resident was given a chance to get the know the artist and be the center of attention for a couple of hours. At the end of the year an exhibit of the paintings were displayed for family and community to enjoy. Since it was so well received, we are continuing the program into 2020.

The following residents were gracious to sit for our artist group and we are very thankful for them taking the time to be with us!
